Churchill Park & Fairfield
Churchill Technology & Business Park is the largest master-planned site in the region and is home to the JEDCO Business Innovation Center, Delgado River City Site & Advanced Manufacturing Center, and Patrick F. Taylor Science and Technology Academy, a top-performing magnet school emphasizing STEAM curriculum. At just under 500 acres, Churchill Park is ripe for development. Avondale Marine
The site of the iconic former Avondale Shipyard is one of the greatest physical assets in the Greater New Orleans region. Located at the base of the Huey P. Long Bridge on the West Bank of Jefferson Parish and right at the edge of the Mississippi River, the site of a former shipyard offers 254-acres of land and 8,000 linear feet of deepwater access. T. Parker Host & Hilco Global Redevelopment Partners purchased the property in 2018, forming a joint venture called Avondale Marine.
