New Orleans #14/150 To Start A Business

Personal finance website WalletHub has ranked New Orleans #14 out of the 150 largest American cities for starting a business – that is, in the top 10% of the USA for entrepreneurship.

With the number of self-employed Americans expected to rise to more than 60M by 2020, WalletHub conducted an in-depth analysis of 2015’s Best Cities to Start a Business. The website looked at 13 unique metrics, ranging from 5-year survival rate and the affordability of office space to the educational attainment of the local labor force.
