Greater New Orleans Development Foundation

Greater New Orleans Development Foundation (GNODF) is the 501(c)(3) affiliate organization of GNO, Inc. Both organizations serve the ten parishes of Southeast Louisiana and have a shared mission: to create a region with a thriving economy and excellent quality of life, for everyone.

Grants to GNODF support mission-driven programs, including workforce development programs and quality of life initiatives.

GNO, Inc. is a 501(c)6 nonprofit membership organization, which allows for a small portion of funds to be used for state and federal lobbying on issues directed by the GNO, Inc. Board of Directors, such as economic development initiatives, tax reform, workforce programs, and sustainable flood insurance. No GNODF funds are used for state or federal lobbying purposes in compliance with the applicable tax laws.
