Louisiana #1 Construction Environment In USA

Louisiana has the #1 construction environment in the nation, according to a new scorecard called “Building America,” provided by Associated Builders and Contractors. States were ranked on seven criteria: Job Growth; CTE education; Workforce Development; Public-Private-Patnerships; Right-to-Work; PLAs; and Prevailing Wage.

The Top Ten Construction Environments in the USA are:
1. Louisiana
2. Virginia
3. North Carolina
4. Arizona
5. Georgia
6. South Carolina
7. North Dakota
8. Idaho
9. Tennessee
10. Iowa
