California Video Game Developer InXile To Open NOLA Studio

InXile, a California-based video game developer founded by industry legend Brian Fargo, will open a new development studio in New Orleans later this year.  The studio will employ 50 video game developers earning about $75,000 per year, plus benefits.  InXile President Matt Findley was first approached by GNO, Inc. and LED in June of this year, and will be moving from California to New Orleans to join the expansion.  InXile will join other recent recruits High Voltage Software, Gameloft and Electronic Arts (Baton Rouge), adding to the critical mass of prominent gaming companies in southeast Louisiana.  You can read more about the announcement here.
