$600M Investment Announced In St. John

Continuing the string of large industrial investments on the Mississippi, this week Pin Oak Terminals announced a $600M petroleum liquids storage terminal at Mount Airy, near the St. John / St. James parish line.  The project, which has been in development for many years, will create 70 on-site jobs with an average salary of $60,000.  A team including Louisiana Economic Development, the Port of South Louisiana, St. John Parish, GNO, Inc. and many others contributed to the win.  You can read more about the Pin Oaks announcement here.
