Help is on the way for struggling businesses in Louisiana

Help is on the way for businesses that are struggling due to the coronavirus pandemic.
Now that President Trump signed the $2.2 trillion dollar economic stimulus package, also known as the CARES Act, economic leaders in Orleans and Jefferson Parish want to make sure business owners across the metro area take full advantage of what comes with it.
Jefferson Parish Economic Development Commission, or JEDCO, will host a video conference on Monday, March 30 at 1:30 p.m. Topics will include SBA loan forgiveness, unemployment provisions, corporate tax implications and more.
