DXC Technology is hiring dozens of software developers in New Orleans

Global IT services company DXC Technology announced its plans for a Digital Transformation Center in New Orleans at the end of 2017 and has now begun the massive hiring process locally.

The company posted dozens of job openings for technology consultants, software developers, cloud and bionix engineers, and more for full-time roles in New Orleans.

DXC Technology is a result of a merger between CSC and HPE’s Enterprise Services Division in April 2017. The company already serves roughly 6,000 private and public sector clients across 70 countries and plans to hire 300 IT and business enterprise professionals to develop and deliver their technology services.

“The announcement of DXC Technology’s Digital Transformation Center in New Orleans is the capstone on a decade-long effort to make New Orleans and Louisiana a new hub for technology and innovation,” said Michael Hecht, President and CEO of Greater New Orleans, Inc.

The local office is located in the Freeport McMoRan Building on Poydras Street in downtown New Orleans.
