This September, about twenty Louisiana stakeholders will travel together to Panama City, Panama on a business mission to create new opportunities for commerce between Louisiana and Panama. During the 3-day mission, stakeholders will engage in discussions with Panamanian business experts and officials to better understand the opportunities for doing business in Latin America, learn about economic growth trends and projections, and explore the corporate community. Panamanian organizations such as the US Embassy-Commercial Services, Foreign Minister of Trade and Commerce, PanAmerican Chamber of Commerce, Copa Airlines, Pan-American Life Insurance Group–Panama, Globalstar–Panama, Panama Young Presidents Organization, and Panama Entrepreneurs’ Organization, are invited to join us.
Additionally, participants will experience targeted business-to-business discussions, and a guided tour of the Panama Canal where a major $5.25B expansion project will double the canal’s capacity and have a direct impact on economies of scale and international maritime trade.
The cost of the trip is $2,400 – all inclusive of flight, lodging, and tour activities. Space is limited – to secure your seat complete and submit the attached registration form as soon as possible. Payment can be made by credit card online by following this link.
